About Marcy

Marcy Goodale

Marcy began her career in 2000 after discovering her passion for permanent cosmetics during an appointment her mother had for the same service. Fascinated by the artistry and precision of the process, she completed her first cosmetic tattoo certification with Pamela Horton that same year. In 2011, she expanded her expertise by earning her aesthetics license, and in 2015, she partnered with Sarah Zeron to open Blossom Salon & Spa. The salon moved to its charming downtown Carson City location in 2021, where Marcy continues to serve clients in a welcoming and professional space.

Marcy specializes in cosmetic tattooing, including nanoblading for brows, eyeliner, and lips, and is also certified in cryo treatments for fat reduction and cellulite smoothing. After many years in permanent makeup, she became inspired by how reconstructive tattooing had evolved into paramedical tattooing—a practice that helps restore confidence and wholeness to individuals after physical trauma or surgery. Marcy received her Paramedical Tattoo Certification in July 2024 from Ink Boutique in Houston, TX, and now offers scar and stretch mark camouflage, birthmark and vitiligo camouflage, and 3D areola restoration.

A Carson City native, Marcy graduated from Carson High School in 1991. She and her husband, Chad—her best friend and partner of more than 30 years—raised three children together in the same community she loves and serves today. When her youngest started kindergarten, Marcy sought a career that allowed her the flexibility to be active in her children’s lives while doing something creative and meaningful. That journey led her to the career she has built with such dedication and heart.

Today, Marcy combines artistry, empathy, and advanced training to help clients look and feel their best—whether through enhancing natural beauty or supporting them on their healing journey.
